For a customised quote for your upcoming event, please provide: event date, time, location, type of event, estimated number of guests attending, the number of hours you would like our live magnet service, whether you would like us to provide photography services as well and any additional requirements or special requests.

As each of our products is individually personalised and custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there are any issues with your order, please get in touch and we will be happy to work with you to resolve it. Your satisfaction means everything! Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are generally processed 2-4 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Express shipping options are also available at checkout if you need it sooner!

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We currently only ship to addresses within Australia.
